Refund Policy

Digital Products, Training Programs, and Coaching

Money Making Juggernaut sells digital educational products, training programs, coaching, memberships, live and recorded education, software or platform access, templates, resources, and related services.

Because many of these products provide immediate access to proprietary digital content and services, purchases identified at checkout or in the applicable enrollment agreement as non-refundable are final once the applicable product or service has been delivered or access has been provided, except where a refund is required by applicable law.

Delivery may include:

• Receiving login credentials;
• Receiving access to an online training portal;
• Unlocking course modules or lessons;
• Receiving proprietary documents, templates, or resources;
• Receiving community or membership access;
• Receiving software or platform access;
• Beginning individual or group coaching;
• Receiving access to coaching calls;
• Receiving access to live or recorded training; or
• Otherwise receiving the purchased product or service.

A customer's failure to log in, attend scheduled sessions, complete the program, implement the training, or use available resources does not by itself mean the Services were not delivered.

Change of Mind

For purchases expressly disclosed as non-refundable, a change of mind, change in personal circumstances, inability to devote sufficient time to the program, or decision not to continue does not create a refund right after delivery, except where required by law.

Results

Purchasing an educational program does not guarantee a specific financial or business outcome.

Failure to achieve a particular result does not, by itself, establish that the product or service was defective or create a right to a refund.

Payment Plans

A payment plan is a method of paying the purchase price and is not necessarily a month-to-month subscription.

Unless the applicable purchase terms state otherwise, choosing to stop participating in a program does not automatically cancel remaining installments owed under an agreed payment plan.

Any cancellation or refund rights applicable to a payment plan will be governed by the enrollment agreement, checkout terms, and applicable law.

Duplicate or Incorrect Charges

If you believe you were charged:

When a chargeback or payment dispute is filed, Money Making Juggernaut may provide relevant transaction and service-delivery documentation to the applicable payment processor or financial institution, where permitted.

This documentation may include:

• Signed enrollment agreements;
• Electronic acceptance records;
• Transaction records;
• IP or timestamp records where available;
• Account-creation information;
• Login and course-access history;
• Training progress;
• Coaching attendance;
• Communications;
• Service-delivery records; and
• Other evidence relevant to the transaction.

Nothing in this Refund Policy limits rights provided to consumers by applicable law or payment-network rules.

Product-Specific Agreements

Certain Money Making Juggernaut programs may require a separate enrollment agreement or contract.

If a separately executed agreement contains specific refund or cancellation provisions, those provisions will govern that purchase to the extent they conflict with this general Refund Policy.

Statutory Rights

Nothing in this Refund Policy is intended to waive, restrict, or eliminate a refund, cancellation, rescission, or other consumer right that cannot legally be waived.
